I have worked in this industry for nearly 20 years and in some pretty high end places. But one thing that is always over-looked is the Scotch/Whiskey drinkers. Most do accommodate for your ordinary top-shelf, but I want to go beyond that and offer Scotches and Whiskies that are not available in this area. I would love some suggestions and will be willing to try anything unique and of high quality. I have listed a few that we will be offering, but there are more to come......
